I believe that pregnancy and postpartum are sacred seasons not just for the expectant mother, but also for the father—times of incredible change, deep intuition, and profound strength. My mission is to support you through every step with movement, mindfulness, and research-based training and guidance.
My classes and programs are designed to honor your body, your pace, and your unique journey. Inspired by the same gentle, empowering approach found in your birth and wellness resources, I focus on creating space for you to feel heard, supported, and above all, connected to yourself and your growing baby.
Through breathwork, mindful movement, and restorative practices, you get stronger, more prepared for birth, and heal quickly.
